The TriTiperia is a subdivision of Sweet and Savory Gourmet Catering and is co-located in the Clairemont neighborhood of San Diego.

Chef/Owner Michael Karijanian has honed his craft with over a decade in the catering business and still offers Custom Catering that provides unique flexibilty in menu creation to match your budget, venue, theme, genre or taste.

Through the years Chef Michael has refined the production of his Tri Tip. The proprietary preparation and cooking method combined with his signature coffee spice rub, with 12 spices, results in the tenderest, juiciest and most ridiculously tasty Tri Tip EVER!

The TriTiperia’s mission is to bring Tri Tip Sandwiches and Salads to a new level. The goal is to tantalize your palate with unique flavor combinations to ensure each bite is the “perfect bite”. With all of the spreads, mayos, sauces and dressings made in house it’s no wonder that our customers agree that we have achieved Tri Tip Nirvana.
